Endurance Sports Marketing Corp. owns and operates the IMT Des Moines Marathon, one of the region’s premier road-racing events. In addition to promoting community health and wellness, the race provides a platform to celebrate health and wellness and supports the Children’s Cancer Connection.  The IMT Des Moines Marathon the largest marathon in Iowa, one of the largest and well-known running races in the Midwest and serves as a qualifier for the Boston Marathon.
