Professional Background and Achievements

I started with Valvoline Instant Oil Change as an hourly employee and held management positions from store level to strategic leadership. Those positions included Organizational Effectiveness Manager, Market Manager, and Sr Manager of Customer Experience. In my last role with corporate VIOC I served as Director of Operations, leading corporate owned locations across the Southeastern United States.

When did I start working for BCP and what positions have I held?

I joined Ivy Lane in 2015 as the Vice President of Operations. Since that time, we’ve grown 78% in store count. With continued growth and strong performance, my position was elevated to Chief Operating Officer a few years after joining the company.

What was the last job I had before coming to work for BCP?

After leaving Corporate Valvoline, I ran a small grocery chain based in Florida, Maryland and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. While I was sad to leave the beaches behind, I knew this was the right opportunity for me.

What is my specific role at BCP beyond my job title?

At Ivy Lane, I am responsible for leadership of all operational and organizational functions. This includes leading over 500 employees and all the department heads. Our leadership team provides service and support for people, new sites, facilities, and guests of Ivy Lane’s Quick Lubes and Carwashes.

Family

My wife Jessica and I have been married for more than 20 years. Together we have one child, a son named Braxton.

Hobbies

Our family enjoys beaches, baseball games, and road trips. I enjoy reading and relaxing on the Wisconsin River.

Fun Fact

Both my wife and I grew up in Kentucky. We are passionate University of Kentucky basketball and football fans.
