I attended Morningside College and studied Business Management and Computer Science.

Professional Background and Achievements

I have been in Real Estate since 2010. Experience in Property Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Investment and Development, Brokerage, and Business Development across all asset classes and markets. I have held roles from leasing agent and grounds keeping while attending college, working my way through the industry into roles such as Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director of Asset Management.

Professional group memberships, awards, designations – I was a member of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy in 2018 and won the Regional Supervisor of the Year award at the GIAA (Greater Iowa Apartment Association) in 2019

When did I start working for BCP and what positions have I held?

I started in Aterra Real Estate in June of 2024

Family

I married my wife, Olivia, in 2019 and we had our son, Tristan, in 2021

Hobbies

Anything competitive, anything sports related, and outdoor activities. Golf, ice fishing, watching and attending live sports, relaxing by the pool, and spending time my family.
