Professional Background and Achievements

My career has included working for finance companies, banks, and credit unions. I am a finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in various management and leadership roles. I have overseen many departments including mortgages, credit cards, collections, indirect lending, training, and I specialize in consumer lending.

When did I start working for BCP and what positions have I held?

I began in 2015 as an Indirect Lending Manger and was promoted to Director of Operations.  In 2018 I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Globe Acceptance and I also fill the COO role for World of Wheels.

What was the last job I had before coming to work for BCP?

I worked in various roles for Community Choice Credit Union.

What is my specific role at BCP beyond my job title?

I oversee operations for Globe Acceptance and World of Wheels.  I am responsible for leading and directing BCP’s staff in executing our strategic vison and experience for our customers.  I have a great team, my main job is to clear obstacles to make their jobs easier.

Family

My better half Nicki and my two boys, Corbin and Crew.

Hobbies

Golf, water skiing and attending live sporting events.

Fun Fact

I have attended hundreds of collegiate and professional sporting events.  I keep the ticket stub to every event as a souvenir.
